This library was designed to feel personal, not prescribed.

Walnut and painted joinery bring warmth and structure, layered lighting adds depth, and the layout was shaped around how the clients actually live — books on display, children’s storage kept discreet, and space for a television without it becoming the focal point.

Rather than default alcove cabinetry, the design was guided by proportion and balance. Storage is layered, materials are restrained, and every line has a purpose.

The result is a space that feels calm, functional, and quietly distinctive.
